Let's Get Real Yankee Fans

First of all, the Mets are all of a sudden the favorites to win the World Series and all we can talk about is how the Yankees didn't win. It's been three days now and we have yet to mention the Mets upcoming series with the Cardinals. All we can talk about is whether or not Joe Torre is coming back, whether or not A-Rod is coming back, and all of this other nonsense.

I can understand those who say that the Yankees quit on Torre and it's just time for him to go after 11 seasons. I don't agree with that, but let's assume that the Yankees are going to fire Torre. The best move the Yankees could make if they were to fire Joe would be to hire another Joe, namely Joe Girardi, as their new manager. Of course there is no way in hell that would happen, but that's what they should do.

Second, let's stop about the A-Rod thing. He didn't win or lose this series on his own and the Yankees shouldn't try to get rid of him. He needs to come back. We need to get off his back and let him play.

Can we stop talking about the Yankees now?

The Yankees are a bunch of overpaid losers and I'm glad they lost to a team that has had little success in a few years with a payroll much less than the Yankees. I think the Yankees should sell off all their bloated talent and start over with some fresh-faced rookies. Fuck George Steinbrenner and those ass clowns.
